Although I am a pensioner living “the other side of the pond” in the UK and am what you might describe as ‘cash poor but property rich’, this discussion on finance & investments in relation to “Agenda 30” etc was really interesting. The housing market in my part of the UK has been buoyant/strong in recent decades but I anticipate a ‘downturn’ sooner or later!
