Mahyar Tousi is not a Christian, as his comments on the video make clear. He is apparently a self-professed atheist, according to various media sources – which may be outdated, unreliable etc.
Has any Catholic prelate anywhere spoken out publicly against this?
Or any Catholic layman / laywoman with influence, given that we are sacramentally anointed as Prophet, Priest and King at Confirmation.
Mahyar Tousi puts those Catholics who have not spoken out against this to shame.
Burke is not a Catholic, but a protestant.
Correct. But he is being jailed for what any Catholic should have said and done in the same circumstances.
