They all are viewable when not logged-into Twitter, from here in Italy.
Here in U.S. you can’t look at any Twitter accounts if not logged in. Even if the Twitter account/video is linked in the article you can only see the small amount in the article (the tweet & photo of video). If you try to click on the link to watch the video or read the full tweet, if not logged in it will take you to Twitter screen that says something is wrong. Not just with from Rome, it’s with any news like zero hedge etc. I never had a Twitter account but could always read tweets. However, for the past week it’s been like this.
