  2. Technically of course the judge is correct, because there are three genders. Gender was cunningly used to replace the term sex (of which there are but two) precisely because this is a nominalist war of language pitted against objective reality.

    1. Actually not exactly, because in some languages there are more than 3 genders, some only 2 genders, and some languages have no gender; but above all, that gender applies to words, not to human beings as beings. But ideologues cannot distinguish between the word and the thing, since they live only in Kant’s world of ideas and categories.
