  1. My experience after having had head aches, diseases and so one, always in the spring-summer time (perspiration time), by being close to them, is that after a shower, it’s much better.
    Tomorrow I’ve a meeting with my colleagues the whole day.. I will stay at the end of the table, in the restaurant I keep my glass and plate as far as possible from them, impose open windows and wash my face every 2 hours.

    1. Thankfully, I have never gotten sick from public contact, even after traveling this spring back and forth to the USA through the UK, in airports and planes. But then again, I did not eat with any strangers nor with anyone who had been vaxxed, always by myself or with the non GMO human friends.
