  2. For the record, I’m not saying we should lay down and let these people steamroll over us, I’m saying that first and foremost, we should always take our marching orders from God, who always knows the best course of action.

    Once you start saying, I’M going to do this, and I’M going to do that, that’s where the trouble starts.

What you say is true, if you mean, “I am going to do that because I want to, or I deem it best”, but what you say is not true, if you mean, “I am going to do that because it is right according to the natural, divine, moral or evangelical law”, because all these laws come from God, our Creator, Redeemer and King.
