    He had the chance to do this in 2020, 2021, early 2022, but he didn’t.
    This is the absolute minimum he should do.
    He is still responsible for permanently damaged people and death.
    Speaks out now once restrictions and mandated are removed to look like a good guy.
    Nothing but a coward.
