Could it be that they are destroying US Biolabs and they know what’s in them?
The medicines they are distributing area against nerve agents, which I think are chemical not biological in origin and development. So no. Anyhow, it’s insane to bomb or burn down a biolab of any kind, since it can be sanitized in better ways and kept for other good work in the future.
