What does the word “democide” mean?

Democide is the murder of any person or people by their government, including genocide, politicide and mass murder. Democide is not necessarily the elimination of entire cultural groups but rather groups within the country that the government feels need to be eradicated for political reasons and due to claimed future threats.[1][2]
According to Rummel, genocide has three different meanings. The ordinary meaning is murder by government of people due to their national, ethnic, racial or religious group membership. The legal meaning of genocide refers to the international treaty on genocide, the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. This also includes nonlethal acts that in the end eliminate or greatly hinder the group. Looking back on history, one can see the different variations of democides that have occurred, but it still consists of acts of killing or mass murder. The generalized meaning of genocide is similar to the ordinary meaning but also includes government killings of political opponents or otherwise intentional murder. In order to avoid confusion over which meaning is intended, Rummel created the term democide for this third meaning.[5]

Brother, could you please comment. I am not preaching despair but am just confused about how a Christian should respond to these times that we live in. Jesus tells us that as we go out as sheep among wolves, that we should be as wise as serpents and as gentle as doves. From this I understand that we have to be wise to the tactics of satan and his minions but we don’t use the same tactics.
Also, we are Christians because of those who have gone before us. Eg, Europe is Christian because of the battles of Lepanto and Vienna which saved Christian Europe. Also the Christians who so courageously gave witness to their faith in pagan Rome. I don’t think the Christians in the time of the Romans shed pagan blood. But their willingness to undergo martyrdom rather than denounce Jesus was the seed of the church, resulting in many conversions. Is our time comparable to the time of pagan Rome? And should we act as those Christians? Brother you talk a lot about courage but I think we can also be brave by standing firm for what we believe in, regardless of what they will do to our body.
I also think we have to be careful if we are being militant- the freemasons motto is ‘order out of chaos’. Even if we are well meaning- things like protests can be infiltrated and descend into riots and play into the freemasons hands.
The Church on earth is the Church Militant, so we should always be militant, otherwise we are failing in faith. But though this battle is principally against the spirits of corruption, which are demons, at times we are obliged due to the grave threat against the common good to take action which regards the political order. We must remember that evil and sin makes a man weak, not strong. So if a single girl, out of faith in Jesus, took up a tiny cross and in the name of Jesus marched upon the capital of her nation, and did this out of faith not for the praise of the world, she could cause any evil or unjust government to fall. And if you do not believe this, they you must ignore the history of france, where St. Joan of Arc actually did this, and not with only priests at her side, but all the armies of the Dauphin.
Since these officiants are also jabbed they will go away with the myocarditis etc. The top guys have multi layered security.

What I said there and what I say here are not contradictory. Because they are diverse strategies for diverse places at the same time, and for diverse times in the same place.
The state of mind set forth by Kathryn is what persecutors use to mentally weaken Christians and lead them to the slaughter. To stand for what you believe does not mean sacrificing yourself without a fight to protect yourself and others. You can’t win a contest without an offense.
