Please note that these deaths are after the first dose. There will be many more after the second — which is perhaps why Pfizer is delaying distribution of the second dose.  And there will be MANY MANY more when these “vaxxed” encounter a real corona virus, since vaccination causes an enormously exaggerated lymphocytic storm in such individuals.
