Editor’s Note: The Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) law was one of the worst laws passed under the Biden Regime. It required all small businesses to share personal information, even place of current residence, with the U. S. Federal Government, for such a wide range of persons in a company that it was tantamount to giving elected and unelected Federal officers a database of information which could used to politically persecute their opponents, physically harass their workers, and even undertake targeted confiscation of property.
