Editor’s Note: In a landmark ruling the Wisconsin State Supreme Court ruled 4-3 that Catholic Charities Bureau in Wisconsin did not quality for tax-exempt status in the State of Wisconsin because its services were offered to all without any religious qualification.
This legal reasoning will be a historic challenge to the U.S. Bishops’ activities which has attempted to run a market, or better, racket servicing Federal and State social welfare contracts, all of which requires that the services be offered to all without regard to religion.
The import of this ruling runs directly counter to the intentional goal of the “Catholic” Bishops in the USA to main stream the Catholic Church by removing everything which is distinctly Catholic.
If they do, it can be argued they are no longer a religious organization, and without that status they would have to pay billions annually in real estate and income taxes.
From a heavenly point of view, this is a slap in the face of the Bishops by Our Lord, warning them steanly that if they abandon Him for Mammon, that He will unleash the dogs of mammon against them.
The greatest charity one can give another, is the Truth. —St. Thomas Aquinas (Especially He Who is The(o) Truth.)
The Johnson Amendment needs to be overturned.
And any pro-abort catholic, especially in the 1st-4th branch of government, needs to have his latae sententiae excommunication made formal.
Christ or the Demoncrat.
