USA: Catholic Governor of Texas invokes US Constitutional right to wage war

For those not familiar with the US Constitution, here is Article I, Section 10, Clause 3, which the Governor is invoking, which gives individual states the power to wage war in time of invasion, if necessity requires it.

With Globalist Censorship growing daily, No one will ever know about the above article, if you do not share it.

Going to be interesting since the Texas Guard; as all the States, is required to become Regular Federal Army Recruits in this declaration. WHAT is OBastard and John Roberts with Barrett and other CORRUPT going to do, now. THE STATES MAY HAVE TO TAKE-ON THIS EXPENSE AND REMOVE ALL TAXES GOING TO THE FEDERAL GOVT.
THIS COULD BE SECECESION. WOW.
