Archbishop Viganò: Bishop Schneider’s refusal to question Bergoglio’s claim to the papacy is untenable

Editor’s Note: Achbishop Viganò has issued a weighty criticism of Bishop Athanasius Schneider’s insistence that one not doubt the validity of Bergoglio’s election. While the Archbishop’s position in this debate is a unique one (as he questions the validity of the consent to accept his election, not the juridical validity of the election in March 2013), his insistence on confronting the objective facts of Bergoglio’s 10 year career of scandal is thoroughly Catholic and totally reasonable. — However, it remains equally untenable that an Archbishop put in doubt the juridical validity of the claim of a man to the Papacy, without insisting that his doubt be heard in a Council to judge the matter, since only the Sacred Hierarchy has the charism to judge the validity of elections. And in this case, that jurisdiction falls properly to the Bishops of the Ecclesiastical Province of Rome, as the Sutri Initiative admits and recognizes.

In theory, a Pontiff’s governing action remains valid and effective even where a single act may be questionable; but in practice, an unbroken and consistent series of acts blatantly contrary to the purpose for which the Papacy exists demonstrates – not the Pope’s human fallibility in governing decisions (in which he is not infallibly assisted by the Holy Spirit and can therefore err) – but rather the determination to use papal authority and the power that comes with it for subversive purposes: this invalidates the authority itself not only in individual acts, but in their entirety, because it reveals Bergoglio’s mens rea and his incompatibility with the function he holds. This uninterrupted series of acts, contrary to the purpose of the Munus petrinum, which began from his first appearance on the balcony of the Vatican, confirms his defect of consent in the assumption of the Papacy, which Bergoglio intended to use-and still uses-to destroy the Church and damn souls.
Bishop Schneider’s arguments in defense of the thesis that it is preferable to leave the Argentine Jesuit on the Throne rather than recognize the invalidity of his election due to a defect of consent, on the grounds that this would create division in the Church (rectius: the ecclesial body, since the Church is one and indivisible) are completely untenable, because the unity of the Mystical Body – that is, of its members with the Head – is a unity of Charity in Truth, so whoever is not in Truth cannot be in Charity either.
The external evaluation of Bergoglio’s governing action cannot be limited to the critique of individual acts as if each were stand-alone, for the same reason that a sinful action has a different moral weight depending on its episodicity (occasional sin) or conversely on its habit (acquired vice as habitus operativus). The sin of a husband who cheats once on his wife does not have the same gravity as a frequent and habitual uninterrupted repetition of sins of adultery.
The cancer that has spread in the Church since the conciliar revolution and gradually spread in metastasis during the postconciliar years, has now with the Argentine Jesuit completely conquered the highest level. It is precisely this devastating revolutionary process with its fatal outcome in Bergoglio that conservatives like Bishop Schneider do not want to admit, also because it would make responsible for the present situation all the recent Popes who encouraged and determined it in its premises.

Now that the World Jewish Congress (read, Rothschild Front) has opened an office inside Vatican City, we shall see a series of Rothschild demands packaged in Jewish controlled media as part of the theatre to explain the further Judaizing program of Jorge Mario Bergoglio. Bergoglio was not the first pope to court Jewish interests. And he may not be the last. But this bending toward Judaism might be the catastrophe allowed by the Divine Majesty, because the more the Vatican moves into the orbit of Israeli foreign policy, the more the Vatican risks becoming a target for radical Islamic Terrorism, and the possible horrific tragedy foreseen by Pope Saint Pius X, of a Vatican filled with corpses.
The Vatican’s security is notoriously lax, as documented here at FromRome.Info in numerous reports. In my professional opinion, there is no way Vatican Security could stop such an attack and numerous major faults in their security systems which would make it a walk in the park, compared to attacking an Embassy or Military Base.

It is Us or Them, one has to go ….

The Left has a popular talking point which they use to disarm their enemies. It goes like this: We have to get beyond the primitive mentality of the Us or Them world, in which there are two irreconcilable camps which cannot co-exist. We have to see each other as human beings, equals, with mutual concerns and issues, and learn to cross the divide and work together.
You probably have heard this 1000 times. You know where it comes from and what kind of people speak this way.
But if you dig into history you find that those who actually think this way are the ones who thought up this talking point. And they actually do view the world as two irreconcilable camps, the other of which must be wiped off the face of the map, or at least, reduced to a cruel slavery.
Except that they use this talking point to disarm the other camp so that they can actually achieve their evil world view, by gaining power, influence or control bit by bit over their intended victims.
It’s quite dishonest and vicious. And it is not Christian.
And though we Christians are not disposed to see the world in this light, since we desire that all men come to repentance and are saved; yet we would be in denial of the reality in which we live if we ignore than in history and in our own day there do exist some who actually have gone way beyond the pale of the common criminal and misanthrope and do want to do evil without limit and achieve such a goal, as narrated in this talking point.
And to continue to deny that there are such enemies of God or of Catholics in the world is to do nothing less than enable them to thrive and murder souls and bodies.
For no society can continue to exist if it permits another society which wills its annihilation to thrive. This is common sense.
Now in the Catholic Church it is evident — it is not a conspiracy theory — that there is a group which wants faithful Catholics eliminated from the picture.
We can see this in the case of Bishop Strickland, who is only the most recent example.
For we have seen our Mass, our Sacraments, our Religious Orders, our Churches, our Chapels, our Devotions and the doctrines we have received from Christ, the Apostles and the Saints, progressively altered, restricted, prohibited, mutilated and eliminated.
I can testify to this in regards to religious life. I have been searching for a sound Catholic community of Franciscans for nearly 25 years. I not only cannot find one, I cannot even find a Bishop who wants one. And vocations no longer even desire such a thing. The only thing vocations want is to be ordained a priest as fast as possible. Catholic doctrine and morality are only useful for show.
So if we do not admit there is a Us-Them problem in the Church, at this point, we are plainly suffering from psychosis and should seek help.
This is why spiritual pacifism is the most deadly error right now. We have to stop thinking that it’s o.k. for those destroying the Faith to destroy, but wrong for us to fight back. And we have to stop thinking that the Pietistic response of withdrawing into a world of private or personal faith or practice is the solution. We need to take back our parishes, Dioceses and Church.
And we are not going to do this if we keep listening to milktoast influencers, who complain, lament, cry and rattle the collection can, so that they can complain, lament, cry and rattle the can some more tomorrow.
I wrote about this more than 7 years ago, in my Editorial, “The Permanence of Bergoglio means the apostasy of the Flock“. But the grifter collective ignored me.
Now, it does not surprise that the same ignore me. But, I will continue to shout and declare, that there is only one way left to avoid this dire end of the Church. The Sutri Initiative.

This is serious matter. It implies grave problems affecting breathing, speech, metabolism or cognition. — Catholics should not speculate on the death of Popes, but it is not a sin to pray that the life of an evil man or bad pope to be hastened, nor necessarily a virtue to pray for a longer life of a holy pope, as the Lord Alone is the Lord of Life. But Pope Francis is so controversial that there are ardent factions on each side of such speculations; the only problem is, that the side which actually prays and believes in God is not praying for a longer pontificate.

Ann Barnhardt is not a cradle Catholic. She was a Catholic for about 15 years after her conversion to the Faith, following 10 years of cohabiting, after which she became a sedevacantist for rejecting that Pope Benedict XVI have a successor.

To deny that this deposit exists is to say that the Catholic Religion has no fixed definition and can change from one thing into something entirely different.
