“Test” is the perfect cover word for “take over”.

  1. Use a vpn and put it on a server outside your country.
    In the Netherlands we have this ‘excercise’ every first monday of the month on 12:00, the so called air alarm.
    It used to be for the Russians invading in the ’50s to the ’80s.
    They still do it.
    People without vpn get a signal on their phones. I don’t.
    Also smart to do is remove the certificates from the government on your phones.
    What are they doing there in the first place, you might ask.
    Use a search engine and type “remove certificates from phone”.
    A lot of people are unaware of this.

    1. When you search remove certificates from government, nothing comes up. Removing certificates in general seems to make you lose access to any important sites you may need. Can you clarify further?

  2. I suspect that even if we turn everything off the day before, when we do turn them back on they won’t work or we will be made to accept the updates before we can use them again!
