That’s no surprise; the Trump family were never noted conservatives, even back in the ’50s and ’60s. The father ran as a Dem, and hobnobbed with Dems, only dealing with Repub public servants as necessary to his businesses. 45 lived as a Dem right up until he decided to run for POTUS, and changed parties then.
