Above is an appeal from Arnaldo Vitangeli for Italians to realize that now is the time, until Feb. 15, 2022, when every penalty of new decree goes goes into force, to join the determined resistance. He adds some other important observations. The Decree goes into effect tomorrow. The light penalties show that the members of the Cabinet are divided and do not agree in substance on the direction of the solution to the “Pandemic”, They fear a direct obligation to be DeathVaxx because they fear to be legally obligated for the consequences of the DeathSerums.
After Feb. 1, 2022, those who are not DeathVaxxed can be fined by the Italian IRS.
In much, Vitangeli’s is an apology, however, to not be so upset as to become a violent revolutionary, and not to be so content as to leave the control of the false opposition. I say this, because it is in truth, now, clear that the Draghi regime and the entire political class are guilty of executing a coup d’eta against the Constitutional order of the Republic, of plotting to destroy the nation, and of participating, originating and executing the plan of national genocide requested by the Globalist Elite.

Details are now emerging about the new Sanitary decree of the Mario Draghi government.
Regarding the obligation to be vaccinated for all those over 50 years of age, this obligation goes into effect immediately and lasts til June 30. But the penalty is only 100 Euro. However, unlike previous penalties this one is not an administrative sanction, but will be a tax imposed by the Italian version of the IRS and applied to all who are registered as resident in Italy, but whose personal data has not been entered yet into the National or Regional Vaccine databases for the Covid Death Serums.
Thus, it seems that the near 7 Million who are not vaxxed will be hit with this tax, and that the Draghi government expects to raise 700 Million Euro or so from imposing it.
However, the tax is only one time. Though, whose to say whether it will be repeated or raised after June 30. One can never know with the sort of maniacal psychotic pyschopaths which have seized power in Italy since January 30, 2020 A . D.

Italy follows Greece with a universal age-based DeathVaxx obligation. In Greece it is 60 years of age or more. While the Lega wanted the same obligation, Draghi managed to get them to agree to the 50+ category, which now seems to be merely a financial decision. Here the fines are higher, 600 to 1500 euros, but only if they enter the workplace without a DeathVaxx Passport. It is not yet clear whether this will affect telecommuters, which in Italy are called lavoratori agili. But it will affect the small shop keepers, who here to fore, have not been obligated to be DeathVaxxed. This may cause the closing of 10s of thousands of small businesses throughout the nation.
We shall see on Monday, when the Italian Stock Market in Milan reopens, what real economic panic this Decree will cause, since the 7 million noVaxxers who are targeted hold perhaps as much as 80% of all the savings in Italian Banks. These might very well begin to remove all assets and transfer them to foreign institutions outside of Italy. That, in addition to the hammer blows of this Decree against workers, pensioners, and small businesses are tremendous blows to the financial stability of the economy. If the Market understands or even believes this, we might see historic down turns.
Draghi, in truth, is aiming to become President of the Italian Republic, for several reasons. First, since he was never elected to Parliament, he lacks all personal immunity for his crimes of fraud and genocide. Second, as President he gets a rich life time pension with added personal security detail for life. Third, as President he can manage who becomes and does not become Prime Minister for the next 5 years and so engineer his reelection for another 5 year term, if the Globalists do not do him in for failure, by then.

Now, I agree that he is the Secretary of the real Pope, but if Francis claims to be the real one, a word would have fallen to him too, or not? Remember when Pope Benedict wrote to conservative Cardinal Pell unjustly accused of pedophilia and put in jail for a year? If you are an opponent of modernists, that is how you are attacked in today’s Church.
2. Two weights and two measures
Now, since last March, a national newspaper has been publishing an investigation, which has been taken up abroad, involving jurists, magistrates, theologians, Latinists, linguists and canonists, who have demonstrated that Benedict XVI has never abdicated, but has exiled himself in a sede impedita. Even the lawyer Carlo Taormina, the most famous jurist in Italy, has spoken out on the subject with very serious statements.
In the meantime, resounding documents have come to light, phrases put down in black and white by Pope Ratzinger such as: “I could be the last pope as you have known him”; “no pope has resigned for a thousand years”; “I did not want to become a former pope like Pius XII if he had abdicated”; “I wear white because I did not have black cassocks in my closet”, “the pope emeritus is the Supreme Pontiff”….
We published open letters politely soliciting editors of other newspapers and important Vaticanista for an exchange of ideas: the topic was “simply” the legitimacy to sit on the throne of a person with direct influence on 1.285 billion people, observations made on the basis of canon law and disconcerting statements of what is considered “former pope”. Everyone avoided the invitation. Disappeared. Vaporized. Does this seem normal to you?
3. Digging up Stuff from 40 years ago?
A few days ago, colleagues at Die Zeit, a newspaper in Germany that is avowedly liberal pro-Bergoglio and an enemy of Pope Ratzinger go and dust off a 40-year-old affair. F.O.R.T.Y. years ago, about the fact that in the diocese of then-Card. Ratzinger erred in handling a priest who had a history of abuse. Cardinal Ratzinger knew nothing about this guy, so much so that, at the time, the matter was already a wash. However, almost all the Italian main stream media, after having ignored the above mentioned clamorous questions about the impeded See, are ravenous about a discovery of journalistic archaeology with headlines like “Ratzinger covered a pedophile!”. At most, Libero, which also gave space to our investigation and hosts several voices, could have written about it. But doesn’t it smell a bit too much like a “used toilet paper from the other side of the Tiber”, don’t you think?
4. The case was already dismantled in 2010
As accurately reported HERE by La Nuova Bussola quotidiano, this fake case was wielded as a truncheon to hit Pope Benedict XVI back in 2010: “A well timed choice, probably not accidental, and one which had the effect of hitting the credibility with which the then reigning Pontiff intended to cleanse the Church”. The illustrious scholar of religions Massimo Introvigne, who is also a supporter of Bergoglio today, explained even then:

The fact that – with a certain insistence on what touches the Bavarian geographical area, from which the Pope (now emeritus, ed.) comes, and the period in which Cardinal Ratzinger headed the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith – are presented on the front pages of newspapers in the 1980s or even 1970s as if they had happened yesterday, and that furious polemics arise, with a concentric attack that every day announces in shouted style new ‘discoveries’, shows well how moral panic is promoted by ‘moral entrepreneurs’ in an organized and systematic way. The case of Munich that – as some newspapers have headlined – ‘involves the Pope’ is in its own way a textbook example.”
5. A boomerang topic
By the way, the wrong topic was chosen. Cardinal Ratzinger was the first and undisputed promoter of an anti-pedophilia campaign in the Church. It was he who ordered the investigation of the abusive presbyter Marcial Maciel and excommunicated him, despite the fact that the grotesque film, entitled “The Two Popes”, distributed by the globalist megaphone Netflix, would have you believe the exact opposite. After all, it was the same film that presented Bergoglio as having resigned as archbishop of Buenos Aires and not at all eager to become pope (!), when it was already known since 2015, from the biography of Card. Danneels, how for years the St. Gallen Mafia had wanted to replace Benedict XVI with the Argentine cardinal.
6. Shall we talk about Bergoglio’s Monsignors?
The topic is a real own goal, because if you read “Neo-Vatican Gallery” HERE of the dean of Italian Vatican journalists, Marco Tosatti, and you become aware of what kind of characters surrounds Bergoglio, the evangelical parable of the “mote and the beam” finds plastic materialization.
For example, the case of Monsignor Gustavo Zanchetta of which you can read HERE : “From Argentina – writes La Nuova Bussola quotidiano – comes a report of five priests from which it is clear that the Vatican and the Pontiff (Bergoglio n.d.r.) since 2015 were aware of the case of Bishop Zanchetta on which today hangs a heavy accusation of abuse. Embarrassing photographs with seminarians. Nevertheless, a month after his resignation, he was appointed to an important Vatican administrative position.”
Or do we want to talk about Msgr. Edgar Peña Parra? Monsignor Viganò, already accuser of the pederast Cardinal McCarrick, “munificent supporter of the Church of Pope Francis” as writes Il Mattino HERE as well as serial abuser of seminarians then reduced to the lay state, already since 2019 had published very detailed reports on Parra, Venezuelan Archbishop HERE and today number 2 of the Secretariat of State despite being chased by accusations of homosexuality, abuse and corruption never denied, as reported by La Verità HERE .
We are talking about people who are very much talked about: the first, with MANDATE OF INTERNATIONAL CATCH, if convicted, would do ten years in jail, at the very least. And yet such monsignors not only “have been welcomed into the diocese” but they occupy very prominent positions in the Vatican administration.
7. Why this attack now?
In the face of these indisputable facts, why, in your opinion, is this clumsy operation to discredit the 94-year-old pope, who lives in a monastery, happening now?
Could it be that the issue of the impeded See has come out, that is, the fact that HE NEVER ABDICATED, remains the only pope and in this way Bergoglio is antipope usurper? Or are we “conspiracy theorists who get worked up over nothing”?

So, faced with the impossibility of changing history, of changing the Declaratio, with the Bergoglian canonists now surrendered in front of the evidence HERE, now on their elbows, what could be done? Just the low blow, a media campaign with some morbid slander on the Holy Father, the real one.
Be that as it may, it’s the wrong way: even if Pope Ratzinger had left his car double-parked, or if in his youth he had been Dracula’s coachman, he remains the pope and Bergoglio an antipope. No mud slinging machine can change that.
Bergoglio’s anti-papal pseudo-pontificate will vanish into thin air anyway, in a kind of eschatological combustion.

Mario Draghi’s Dictatorship has extended the obligation to take the DeathVaxx to all those who are 50 years old or older, not only citizens and residents of Italy, but even foreigners and tourists.
As I opined yesterday, this obligation is clearly directed against anyone coming to Rome during the next conclave, the majority of which clergy and laity would be of this age group. Draghi is trying to prevent the election of any unVaxxed as the successor to Bergoglio.
And this is not surprising due to the close relations of Mario Draghi with the Masonic Lodges of Paris and London and the strong economic bonds with the CCP of China.
The obligation to take the DeathVaxx, however, appears to be vacuous. While the decree has not yet been published, it seems to be another proposal of administrative sanctions, which can be fought in court and never paid. The decree, according to those who have seen a rough draft, will require that all over 50 years of age — the core of the adult resistance — take the DeathSerum by June 30, a date so far in advance that no one will rush to take it.
There is also included the obligation to take the DeathVaxx to work, by February 15th. That is the real economy killer, because all the businesses to enforce this will be out of business in a year or two when all their workers are dead, maimed or incapacitated.
MOST ALARMING of all, however, this new decree will require the DeathVaxx Passport to enter the Italian Post Office (the people’s daily bank) and any private Bank. This obligation requires the Jab or DeathSwab or proof of recovery from the Mythological Virus to enter. This may cause the greatest RUN ON ITALIAN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN HISTORY as every nonVaxxed rushes to remove all their funds before the deadline kicks in or out of rational fear that this is just the beginning to denial of all financial services to them.. This is especially true, because those over 50 years of age hold the majority of all funds in Italian financial institutions.
Since the per capita annual savings of Italians is roughly 2000 euros, the expected bank rush might wipe out 500 Billion or more Euros from the accounts of Italian financial institution.
This rush may not be visible, however, since most Italians have electronic access to their banks, and can wire the money to non Italian institutions or use it to purchase gold, diamonds, and other precious metals, which are usually purchased by bank wire, here in Italy.
The Lega, which through Giorgetti protested strongly the other day against extending the obligation of the DeathSerum, out of fear of causing the Government to fall, asked for the obligation only for those 60 years or older, thus showing themselves an enemy of all the retirees in Italy. Yet, Draghi has relented on his proposal for those 18 years or older, showing that he is weak.
Nevertheless, the core demographic which Draghi wants to eliminate: the pensioneers, is still gravely threatened. By eliminating them Draghi wants to clear the balance sheet of debt which the Italial government is carrying. For the godless money-changer Prime Minister, such a decision is part of his “creative destruction” of Italy.
If this new decree, which has yet to be published, achieves anything, it will be to convince the resistance in Italy to grow and push back harder, because it has revealed the weakness of the Draghi government, the timidity of its members to be crueler, and the malignancy of its members: because whereas it imposes an obligation it also admits compensation for those injured.
On which account, all those ministers who sign on to this proposal will condemn themselves thereby to death at the future Nuremberg 2.0, because they have thereby become complicit in a program to forcibly induce human persons into a medical experiment, without their consent, when they know that this experiment is highly dangerous, a direct violation of the Nuremberg Code.
From the point of view of Globalists and Bergoglians, Joseph Ratzinger is simply a pope emeritus who has and holds no office or authority in the Church and who resigned validly in 2013 and will never come back into power or ministry. He is a nobody who must and will be silenced.
From the day of his canonical election as Pope, Benedict XVI has been universally smeared by the Globalist press, the very same agencies who hailed Bergoglio as a Saint from the day of his uncanonical election.
So now, that Bergoglio is reported to be dying, and quickly, why are the pro Bergoglian agencies not insisting that he is in good health and that the rumors of his imminent death are false?
Why are they instead launching the last desperate smear campaign against old Joseph Ratzinger, served by one secretary and 2 or 3 nuns in the Mater Ecclesiae Monastery at the Vatican?
The attack, you can read from the above, by clicking the image, is the most flimsy that can be mustered. A future report may toll badly on the former Archbishop of Munich, Joseph Ratzinger, from his service there in 1977-1982.
Wow, you have to dig back 50 years for a possibillity that is not even published? By an attorney who was obviously hired to do a hit job?
But what does the accusation consists of. The former Archbishop did not do enough about a priest who was assigned in the diocese but was from Essen. Someone, about whom, the Archbishop Ratzinger had little canonical jurisdiction, other than ask him to leave, if he was made known of the real activities of the man.
But the article above admits that the reality of this man’s moral perversion was only realized in 2010 when he was definitively removed from priestly service.
But 2010 was when Pope Benedict XVI was in full power and was removing 500 such priests from service.
A priest can only be reduced to the lay state by a Decree either from the Pope or from the Roman Curia.
So they are accusing Pope Benedict XVI of not taking action, when he did take action when he could.
The same article admits that Archbishop Ratzinger’s former Vicar signed a confession taking all responsibility back in 2010. Scriptum manet. And against a self-confession, there is no appeal.
The Vicar claims he was forced. But his accusation is launched against Cardinal Marx, the Archbishop of Munich in 2010, who himself tendered his resignation to Bergoglio in admission of his failure to handle such cases appropriately in the diocese.
In 1982, Joseph Ratzinger was promoted from the Archdiocese of Munich to the head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, which had limited jurisdiction over bad acting priests in those days.
Since that time, Ratzinger was an ardent proponent of disciplinary measures and was not even allowed to discipline as many as he wanted in the CDF under John Paul II.
Ratzinger is not being accuse in regard to any of his priests at the time, however, it must be noted.
The real import of the story now being run on all Italian TV channels and newspapers, as per the above, is that the Bergoglians could not be this scared of Pope Benedict XVI unless THEY KNEW FOR CERTAIN THAT THERE IS NOW AN ACTIVE AND GROWING CAMPAIGN TO RESTORE HIM TO POWER AS SOON AS BERGOGLIO CROAKS.
