   1. Actually not, because he admits he has used tools to control human behavior, and insists on vaccinating as many as possible. He also sustains the fake narrative that covid exists and that vaccination is beneficial, even though the former has never been scientifically proven, and the later has been proven dangerous, toxic, lethal and deadly. He still repeats self isolation rules and intends to extent controls to children. He emphasizes the continued boarder controls, and descriminates against those who are not fully vaccinated upon returning to the UK. He claims to monitor the data, but the data show there is no pandemic. And promises strenthened guidance and does not deny absolutely that the controls will not return.
