I imagine Frog Face Bill Gates commanding his goons to vaccinate all elderly until Pope Benedict XVI is taken out, just like Herod commanded all baby boys be taken out until the Lord was.
What is miraculous is that Pope Benedict XVI has lived with a pacemaker since 2005 which is way beyond the amount of years that a person (his age and especially with his condition) can be expected to live for. God is truly sustaining the life of this great Pope as to fool the wicked.
