Wikistrat infiltrated Wikileaks. Wikistrat is MIC connected to either Gen Michael Hayden, Gen McCraven, Gen McChrystal, and/or Gen James Jones and possibly other bad actors like John Owen Brennan. I do suspect that this leak is to distract from the main objective of the Lodge in the USA, the theft of the presidency. There is no reason for wikileaks to leak now other than that.
