  It was a government munitions storage for confiscated munitions, according to the Security Chief of Lebanon. It could simply have been massive negligence. But now that the city is destroyed and uninhabitable, invasion from Israel, which was announced a few days ago, as a threat against Hezbollah, is all the more easy.
